Fifth annual Hawaii Bug-In Day Two Report
Hilo Drag Strip hosts the annual Bug-In with plenty of drag strip action
Day Two of the Hawaii Bug-In started out just like Day one, with rain showers and cloudy skies. But once the rain stopped and the track was dried, it was time for eliminations. Yesterday, the car show took place, with awards given out at 3:00. But today, it all about the drags! Racing was broken down into Quick 8, while everyone else went into Bracket 2. We'll have a full report on this fun event in the August issue of Hot VWs magazine.
