As reported by Jerry Garrett World Press.com on October 2, Irwindale Speedway located in southern California has been sold to developers. The new owners are reported to be Lindom Properties of Arcada, Calif., for $22 million. The 66 acre facility contains an oval track and an 1/8th mile drag strip. Lincom Properties specialist in "real estate investment development, property and portfolio management."
